The application is as bad as the provider itself. When it works, it works, but once any problem arises there's literally no way to solve it. The application is slow and cumbersome, throws errors on every step and at the end of it all there's nobody to talk to - you're always sent to a low quality chatbot that can't provide any real assistance and simply states the obvious, like "Sorry, it seems like you don't have acees to the Internet right now." Extremely annoying and disrespectful.

There could not be a more useless app. 90% of the info is not shown and this after it takes forever to load. Whoever designed it should reconsider the career as I've never seen something so poorly made...besides all the malfunctionalities
