Yes it works to see your remaining balance and data / minutes. BUT : - It uses crazy amount of data ! - For Prepaid absolutely no way to track history of balance spending (so when amount goes down, it's just guessing for the cause...). - Limited to German play store. So not possible to download for travelers. - Poor usage of screen area (you need to switch views to see separately your data, SMS and voice current status while the screen is nearly empty...).

The app is okay, but I hate that it keeps logging me out at the most inconvenient times, and that the app cannot even be used anymore if it's not up to date. Sometimes you just quickly want to put money on your account so that callya keeps working, and it's stupid if you first need to download an update, especially if you are not having WiFi at that moment. 😒

This is honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used from such a large company. I constantly face login issues, and the error messages are vague or misleading. Password reset doesn't work reliably either the link doesn't arrive or it leads to a dead end. It's shocking that a brand like Vodafone can release such a poorly tested and user unfriendly app. Instead of making things easier, this app just adds more frustration. Please invest in proper UX and bug fixing users deserve much better.
