Everything is bad with this app. 1) Looks bad, old design, like 10 years ago. 2) Everything is slow (animations, scrolls, etc.) 3) No different languages except default German 4) Backend is also very slow, and processes are not efficient. For example, when you top-up your account, the money would appear only in 5-10 minutes. What the hell?? It is 2024. In general, Vodafone, you have to make a new app from scratch, it is just a shame.

Yes it works to see your remaining balance and data / minutes. BUT : - It uses crazy amount of data ! - For Prepaid absolutely no way to track history of balance spending (so when amount goes down, it's just guessing for the cause...). - Limited to German play store. So not possible to download for travelers. - Poor usage of screen area (you need to switch views to see separately your data, SMS and voice current status while the screen is nearly empty...).

very difficult to use, the translations are only surface level and many standard options are not available. Edit: they removed the translations altogether in the new update. Edit 2025: it's still very difficult to use with no apparent option to translate.
