The only things I use it for is to see the current balance and my own phone number. For everything else it's useless as there is no English support. Gazillion of ads are also very annoying.
Since last update I am not able to see any details of my account. I tried to reinstall, reregister via SMS, via WiFi but nothing helped. At the moment I can only use *100# for checking my basic account details.
Complete disaster, has not worked for several weeks (does not load customer data). Customer "service" useless. Try this workaround: with a browser in Incognito mode, go to wap.meincallya.de and login with Internet password, you should be able to see your balance.
Useless! Can't find my data. I went into the customer service center in Munich. They cahrged me 9.99€ for a data package i didn't need, told me to use the website and app still doesn't work.
The app itself is quite good but I can't give it a high score because it puts a very heavy strain on my battery. I keep having to uninstall it to conserve battery life as my battery lasts half as long when it's installed. Fix this and I'll give it a higher score.
everything is not good that must better make wanted 1. that open from this app need to long time 2. if had 50€ loading in the phone want must one more loading and 3. that picture is not good that must also change
