MUSAFIR (Happy Carpooling)

MUSAFIR is a carpooling ridesharing platform, which intelligently connects users commuting through same path.
Ever wondered while driving that may be the guy driving next to your car is also going in same direction and instead of driving alone you could carpool with him and commute together to save fuel.

How does it work?
Simple to use app with one motive to get you to carpool quickly.

Create Ride or Request
• Click on the + icon at the bottom
• Select Ride or Request option
• Confirm address information
• Click on PUBLISH YOUR RIDE OR REQUEST
Add Vehicles:
• User can add multiple vehicles and select while creating ride.
• User can delete/Update vehicles
In app Chat:
• User can chat with each other without sharing their contact numbers etc.
My Rides:
• User can update or cancel their rides or requests
Cross functionality:
MUSAFIR is not limiting the passenger to find only drivers, passenger can also find other passengers traveling on the same route and they can hire a vehicle accumulatively. And same for drivers they can see other driver on same route in case of any need.

How to connect
We have kept it pretty simple and secure for commuters around the world to connect.
Once you find the carpool you are interested in you have multiple options

• Call the user (If phone number is shared)
• Email the user (If email is shared)
• Chat in case neither phone nor email is shared

How do i pay / get paid
MUSAFIR is a peer-to-peer share community, users pay in real world with real money. No unnecessary "recharge your wallet" system.
Hence you don't pay through the app, just connect through the app and then pay when you share ride.

Daily Travel
MUSAFIR is built with one motive to solve the daily travel problem.

For Scheduled Office Trips
Users can create carpool request for daily scheduled carpools.
Carpools created don't expire.
Once a user creates carpool; notification is send to those users who once searched for carpool on similar route.
This increases possibility to share ride

For Random Trips
Many a times one has to take random un-planed trips


Intercity Travel
Users can post intercity carpool requests also on MUSAFIR
While creating carpool, check for Carpool Type

Carpool Type
• Monthly: For daily travel
• One Time: Mention date of your trip, this is one time trip and will expire


Corporate Carpool
Atleast 80% of traffic if from users who travel on same route to their office.
This increases high possibility of connecting employees, coworkers to travel together.
Not only this decreases the stress of travelling daily but also increases team bonding , networking.

How does corporate carpool work?
• Login with your official email id
• Verify you email by clicking on the link
• Open the app click on Company icon at the bottom


Corporate Features
• See rides created within your company
• Create carpool to be visible only to your colleagues
• View profiles of your colleagues and checkout their ride requests

Security
• Before taking a trip with stranger user can share their ride with Family and friends on social network
like Whatsapp / Facebook / Linkedin to share their location.
• Once the location is shared, your friends receive your location updates which expires within a day
• Before sharing the ride user's can check social profile of their co-passengers
