Website is better I'm a subscriber and I get two newsletters from the Times. When following a link from the newsletter it first goes to the website then immediately to the app. But when returning the wait cursor just spins endlessly. If you touch return again it goes to the top story. If you return again it finally goes back to the newsletter. Since I am a subscriber I have access to the e-newspaper but as far as I can tell there is no access via the app, only the website.
My number one source for news I'm paying because I want the writers paid, and I know the numbers don't add up for traditional newspapers if no one pays for the material. App is easy to use, and I'm using it.
Mediocre I still find the format of the app to be very unappealing. As a result I have moved on to better news apps.
Adds adds adds on top of stories. Complained to them and nothing. Deleting app.
Wow - seems to work now After a long time, this seems to work like it was supposed to. The latest version is a little snappier.
Only ten articles a month The free version only allows 10 articles a month. Information should be free, but I would tolerate an ad supported model.
