Ratings and reviews

In today's world of apps this one is at the bottom of the list. "User Unfriendly". You will be dropped back to "log in" multiple times for touching the wrong back arrow, or X, or just about anything other than just reading. It won't let you print an article or puzzle like you can from the PC. Basically, a really poor app.

They massively increased the amount they charge me out of nowhere with no notice, no explanation and no reply to my inquiry. I expect it's the typical bait and switch pricing model, but I've been a subscriber for years and the increase came out of nowhere. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription after over a decade as a customer.

I subscribe, and everytime I click a notification to take me to the app it tells me I ran out of free articles. When I find the article it opens like it should (I'm signed in and subscription shows valid). Really annoying that notification doesn't take me to the story without this error. Thinking of unsubscribing...
