Very disappointing experience with the Gold Plan. Before payment, the team was very active with regular calls and follow-ups. After purchasing the plan, the response and support reduced significantly. I haven't received proper assistance or found even a single suitable match so far. I understand matches cannot be guaranteed, but proper support and guidance are expected from a paid plan. I request the management to review my case and provide a proper response.

Update:- After using the app for two years,(2 subscription taken).i don't feel there is enough profiles.Most don't respond. the agents continue lacking in dealing customers in an ethical and moral way .i don't understand why management can't impart these trainings. Old review (2024) However, after declining the agents constant push for a paid membership(immediate )I can see that I am not able to send any interests or see any updates.

I paid for the service hoping to find genuine matches, but most of the profiles seemed fake or inactive. Many people never responded, and some profiles appeared misleading. The platform did not provide the value promised for the money spent. Customer support was not helpful in resolving concerns. Overall, I am disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this matrimonial app to others. Please be cautious before purchasing a paid membership.
