I have reported several profiles with incorrect contact details, but no action has been taken. This raises concerns about the authenticity of profiles. Additionally, I have lost access to my contact views and messages, and despite previous requests, there has been no response or resolution. As a premium member for the second time, this experience is disappointing and does not meet expectations. I request you to:Improve profile verification and accuracy and Please improve your service quality.

-> add more search options. based on their partner preferences too not only ours, add as many options as you can for a perfect filtered search. -> use AI (where we input our requirement and type of partner preferences in detail in description and AI finds a perfect match based on our's and theirs partner preference description) -> show more relevant match recommendations instead of random -> enhance and optimize your searches. sometimes it doesnt show all the profiles and some are skipped

Very poor experience. We opted for the Assisted Service, but it has been a complete waste of money. Our preferences were shared multiple times, yet the profiles suggested were nowhere close to our expectations. They promised three proposals a week, which rarely happened. We also raised a complaint—apart from one call with verbal assurance, no action was taken. Since then, there has been no follow-up and no proposals.Very disappointing service and poor response to customer complaints.
