It's bad honestly. I didn't believe the reviews till my money was trapped there for days. Login errors are common, sometimes you login but can't transfer anything. I moved my money. The app aesthetics is one of the best but the technical side is not worth It. Their technical support is also zero. You have to enter the bank to sort out your issues.

This app is very frustrating, they won't let you upgrade to tier 3,won't let you increase limit until you have debit card, and they can't still let you request for debit card online unless you visit a branch, this is very annoying. I wonder why you will allow someone create account online but won't allow the person to upgrade the account to full utilization.

This app has become absolutely frustrating and does not serve its purpose any longer. it's the worst bank app I've ever used. My account balance on the dashboard is stuck on a particular figure and doesn't increase or decrease — ever. there is no way I can see my account balance on the app. I just have to check my transaction history. I also cannot make transfers using the app because the account balance is stuck on a small number and if I want to make a transfer, it says "insufficient balance"
