I called Apria and unsubscribed from automatic order refills. They told me this would stop the automated emails and texts and app notifications. Nope! They haven't stopped. And I got a notification that my non-existent bill was past due. So they're difficult to work with and they've created a non-helpful app. I won't order from them anymore.

Went to check which supplies were available and the app said none. I knew this was not true as I was due for a chinstrap replacement. I called the number and ordered it from there instead because just as I suspected, it was indeed available. So what's the point of the app when it doesn't even have your info updated and doesn't know what supplies are ready. I mean, that's the whole point of using it right? I will stick to calling because Apria are still in the 90's evidently. update: app crashes

not happy with the customer service to be honest. I signed up for auto order and it seems I need to keep signing up, been with apria since 2021. I keep having to renew my password. tried the app and cant get past the intro screen.
