About this app

The APS eSELFSERVE mobile app provides employees with convenient and secure access to important tools and information.

Employees can easily view their personal information, pay stubs, tax forms, and work schedule. In addition, employees can quickly clock in and out, and request time off.

Please note that the eSELFSERVE mobile app is only available to authorized customers of APS.

Since the recent update, the only type of time off request that is submitted is FMLA, the first item in the drop-down. I selected Vacation, but FMLA was submitted. This has happened twice. I am also now required to enter a comment regardless of the type of time off selected. This does not happen on the website. It seems to me someone made changes to the app and didn't properly test those changes.

Half of the time I trying clocking in or out, it tells me that I'm not within range to do so even though I'm standing in the office. The I have to force close it, turn my location off and on, and try again. A recent update also removed native biometric sign in, so now I can only use my fingerprint through Samsung Pass, which is annoying because it doesn't pop up on its own like it used to.

App could be better , it's a process though , after making the account I noticed my account info didn't work properly and I'm not sure as to why but we shall see 😉💪🏼
