It has been a long long time since I played such a frustrating game. Absolutely awful how irritating some missions are! It makes you want to break your phone at times.. no joke. The game lures you in, beginning is fun and challenging but as you progress the game repays you with absolute frustration. You know the game is wrong if you narrowly lose...for a 50th time! Looks great, gameplay is ok but that does not justify the ill balanced design of the missions. If you like your nerves, 'steer' clear of annoying garbage!
Awesome but... It felt so good when I played the game, I was too excited. But then I noticed its a paid game, the price is not much. The thing is I am -18. I dont think my elders would let me use their card to pay for a game. Well, thats end of another good game for me, btw screen turns off during race(race is paused) add screen always on. Everything else is good I would suggest others to play. :)
This may be my new favorite all-time racing game. It's strikes a beautiful balance between retro and modern. While you can unlock new cars and apply upgrades to your cars, it doesn't force you to waste time in customizations and your off to racing in no time. Pretty much everything I've hated about other racing games Horizon Chase has avoided. Well worth the price! I hope it never gets ruined with ads and constant in-app purchases.
Just a great simple retro racing game designed very very well. Just the type of game you want to play in short bursts on the train or to kill some time without having to study a zillion controls or objectives. Just overtake all the cars before the end of the race. Gain better cars. If you want a more in-depth and time and mind consuming experience then I highly recommend the Need For Speed range of games which are absolutely stunning.
Got this to play on my Asus Nexus Player and enjoyed it so much that after the first race I was already trying to figure out how how to buy the full version of the game! (You don't get the option until you've cleared the first screen, then it was only $2.99. Well worth it for the fun I've already had!) Also, the game works fine with the gamepad but the controls are setup for the remote. Just an FYI for everyone. The only real sticking point is how long it takes to load the screens and the races in between screens.
Old school play with decent controls With mobile gaming continuing to suck, this is a breath of fresh air. $3 "shareware" style payment gets you the whole game - with plenty up front for free. Clean graphics with 16-bit style and gameplay with enough extras to keep everyone interesting. Racing games tend to suck with touch controls, but they have tighted this up and made it very playable. Highly recommended. Devs - enough Facebook crap. Google Play Games support please.
