Ratings and reviews

Too many bugs. One example: I was writing a secure mail. While I was writing, and without notifying me, the app logged me out! I didn't know about the logging out except when I tapped the SEND button. I lost the message and the time I spent thinking and writing it!!!! Worse yet, when I tried to login again, the app seemed to count me still logged, and sent a message that I cannot login because I'm already in!!! Very awkward. Please fix. No such problems in other banks' apps!!

2025 Update: The Offers page is always broken, and no one replies to support half the time. And worst of all that easy payment plan glitchy nonsensical mess. Why would I pay full price and then pay it in instalments and get back my original payment after a year? if it isn't a bug then it is a scam or support was just refusing to help. Only use this app to check your balance or open accounts otherwise you are better off going directly to the bank itself. 2021:No problems and easy to use.

I can't log in in a new device because I reached maximum devices... I have 3 phones that broke 1 after the other and I cant operate them. I can change the password, I thought this might remove other devices AS THE PASSWORD CHANGED, BUT still I can't open my account now... should propose a way to delete devices from the device I have now or from the website... but no I can change password and be verified that I am the owner and can change password but still I can't login.. this is so frustrating
