About this app

The ARAG Legal app helps members easily start a case, create legal documents, search for network attorneys, view attorney ratings and reviews or contact ARAG Customer Care for help with their legal matter.

Key Features include:
• Passkeys: Face ID, touch ID and PIN enabled to provide secure access to your account.

• Start a Case: Answer a few questions to help us confirm coverage. We’ll provide a list of local attorneys who can help with your case, and you'll receive an email confirmation with next steps.

• Find an Attorney: Enter your location and a legal matter to search for a list of local ARAG network attorneys who can help. You can also search by an attorney’s last name.

• View Network Attorney Ratings and Reviews: Sort attorney results based on ARAG member ratings and reviews, office location and more.

• Mobile ID: Access your digital ARAG legal insurance member identification details wherever you are and whenever you need it.

• Get Help: Call or email an ARAG Customer Care specialist directly from the app to get help with coverage or claim questions.

• DIY Docs: Create, edit and store state-specific legal documents right from your mobile device, such as a will or powers of attorney.

Ratings and reviews

I was very apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews for the app. But it has been working very well so far. Took only a couple of seconds to install, and I logged in easily using my username/password. I was happy to see that the app had my Mobile ID with my member ID and employer's name listed already. Looking up reviews and ratings for lawyers in network was very easy as well.

It's been a very helpful app in the sense of finding an attorney in network, what the cost is, and legal issues covered. However I'm only giving it 3 stars currently because no personal information can be changed or any on-going case can be viewed inside the app. Just a few issues I hope they can implement for a much easier user friendly experience.

Terrible, absolutely a waste of time. I've had several claims. From traffic to divorce, to customers service. And all 6 times I tried to make a claim, I get the run around always wanting more info but never responding then when they finally do, you have to start over. Complete waste of money.
