Honestly, ever since I downloaded the app (over a year) I kept dealing with bad issues. Things like an order taking TWO HOURS, orders getting cancelled for NO REASON, Customer support being so annoying and then they later me to rate them 5 stars?? I just can't use it anymore. It's so annoying to use the app. The Customer Support used to be top-notch and then they just started getting greedy and frustrating!!! Please don't waste your time with this, there are better delivery apps out there.

I have been using this for a couple of years. Inside Aramco, there are too many orders and not enough drivers so you always get the dreaded 'you can't place orders at the moment' message. It's useless and entirely ToYou's fault since they do nothing about it. The drivers are super lazy and sit around talking. Sometimes I see SIX cars in a row in the parking lot doing nothing. Plus, I asked them a million times to add a tipping option inside the app like Hunger Station did years back. But nada.

UPDATE: I cannot stress enough how To You is the WORST food delivery app out there. extremely overpriced and with a lot of technical issues. I tried making an order, not only is the default delivery 17 SAR with and extra unexplained 6 SAR, but cause they somehow can't find it in the nearest branch, I have to pay almost 100 SAR EXTRA for them getting it from a different one. My 120 SAR order is suddenly almost 230 SAR and their coupons do not work
