I have been using this for a couple of years, first outside the camp. Inside Aramco, there are too many orders and not enough drivers so you always get the dreaded 'you can't place orders at the moment' message. It's just useless. Plus, I asked them a million times to add a tipping option inside the app. It's a cashless economy, get with the program like Hunger Station did years back. Also, don't bother responding to developer comments. They call you but cannot do anything. Read the review, Dev.

The worst experience i ever had، i ve made an order, and i kept waiting for 2 hours and nothing delivered, the customer services they respond like nothing is happening. Even when i request to cancel the order no respinse at all, they took my money for no service. Very unprofessional. Imagine they delivered it after 4 hours after a left the city and they full charged me. Awful.

I was the worst experience in my whole life. It was so tricky to oder anything i am never ordered from ToYou again 😕. You can't cancel the order the moment you place the order. I have requested them several times plz cancel the order but they didn't and said that, if i want to cancel the order i have to pay the full amount.I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SHITY APP.
