Terrible customer support! There is no voice support to explain issues, and the chatbot is completely useless with limited options. It just loops around without resolving anything, which is extremely frustrating. Email support is even worse—they don't bother responding at all. If you face any issue with an order, good luck getting it resolved. Very disappointing service!

It is super slow now. It was better earlier. It takes more than a minute for the app to load even with a good broadband internet connection. Other apps like Paytm, DigiLocker, Swiggy, Zomato, etc. loads within a fraction of seconds. It is an issue with 1mg. Please hire good developers and testers to fix the issues related to your app. The app was 100 times better two years ago. I have taken a screen recording of using the app. I can share it if required.

i wish there were negative ratings. I had ordered an wrist band. the received one is damaged and there is no proper mechanism to return it. After sending a mail to support, the return was arranged. From the last two days I'm getting same message like pickup is attempted and failed. Haven't received a single call from agent. But got multiple calls to schedule health checkup. first fix your existing issues and then go and sale new products.
