I placed the order as I wanted the item very asap.The option to get it delivered in 30 minutes was available so I did the online payment and placed the order. But the tracking showing 15 minutes from 5 hours! They have to show proper time.this is total fraud! Basic things they should show to their customer is this priority! Very bad experience!Think thrice before using this app!No customercare call support available Worst worst worst! i cancelled the order but still showing 15 mnts to deliver.

I had installed this app and put a few products in the cart so that I can buy it later this month. and that seems to be the biggest mistake of my life. i kept getting at least 8 calls from 1 mg asking to place order. even after explaining that i will do it later as per my pace. but no, each and every tele caller made me regret using the app. I don't think this is how any e-commerce app must work

I have an active care plan, however when I add things to cart the care plan shows 'not applicable' on all the applicable items. so the discounted prices are not applied. I did raise this to the support, they helped me one time, but the issue is now recurring. above that now secretly they are adding handling charges. Fix it or you lose paying customers.
