I placed the order as I wanted the item very asap.The option to get it delivered in 30 minutes was available so I did the online payment and placed the order. But the tracking showing 15 minutes from 5 hours! They have to show proper time.this is total fraud! Basic things they should show to their customer is this priority! Very bad experience!Think thrice before using this app!No customercare call support available Worst worst worst! i cancelled the order but still showing 15 mnts to deliver.

My first preference whenever I need to order medicines online. The only concern I have is the audio quality during prescription verification or confirmation calls. The agents are always helpful, but the call quality is often poor—the voice is unclear and barely audible, making communication difficult. I hope this issue is addressed as soon as possible.

worst experience. worst app service. I placed an order on June 5th, and the delivery date was initially shown as June 9th. Since then, the status has consistently shown "Arriving today," yet it still hasn't been delivered. Tracking isn't working properly, and there isn't even a customer care number to call; there is only an email address, but they don't reply to emails. So, anyone planning to buy from this app should check the reviews first, or else you'll end up frustrated just like me.
