PDF Toolkit is a complete set of PDF tools that work entirely on your device. No account, no sign-up, no uploads to any server. Your files stay on your phone.

Tools included:
- Merge PDFs — combine multiple PDFs into one
- Split PDF — extract each page as a separate file, or split by page ranges
- Compress PDF — reduce file size by recompressing embedded images
- Rotate pages — turn pages 90°, 180°, or 270°
- Delete pages — remove unwanted pages from a PDF
- Extract pages — save selected pages as a new PDF
- Reorder pages — rearrange page order via drag-and-drop
- Crop pages — trim margins and unwanted areas
- Image to PDF — convert JPG, PNG, and other images into a PDF
- PDF to images — export each page as a PNG or JPG
- Watermark — add text watermarks at any position, including diagonal
- Page numbers — add page numbers in any corner or centered
- Sign PDF — draw a signature, type one, or upload an image; place it on any page
- Password protect — encrypt a PDF with user and owner passwords
