When connecting their phones to cameras via the camera's Wi-Fi (a local network without internet access), most users lose internet connectivity, causing inconveniences like frequent disconnection/reconnection for WeChat authorization during live streaming. To solve this, we use VPNService to route specific requests to the cellular network, eliminating the need for users to repeatedly switch connections with the camera.

Do not open app unless on wifi. I had to clear the cache which caused me to log in again. After logging in, not doing anything else, I get an alert that i have a spike in data usage. 190mb just to log in and load the app! Ridiculous! The app is good for editing but not much else. But just cost me $2 on my bill just to log in. Get rid of all the bloat or make an option to not load previews/videos/ads unless on wifi! And don't download firmware updates unless on wifi!

you broke the app in the update. it's now sluggish and lags. constant crashes that have never happened before. freezes phone now, s24 ultra, never did that before. Basically, you broke what wasn't broken. added an extra step before you can edit a video. It's not a big deal, just low-key stupid and slightly annoying. Anyway, 1 star until I stop crashing.✌️

I literally just switched from a previous insta360 camera to the new Insta360 x5 and had no issues before. The app was updated and keeps crashing and will not work with certain features. I even clear cache and switched to the old version nothing is working. Insta360 need to finish this issue asap. Very disappointing when the app was great before!!! AND I SWITCHED TO OLD VERSION STILL CRASHING
