When connecting their phones to cameras via the camera's Wi-Fi (a local network without internet access), most users lose internet connectivity, causing inconveniences like frequent disconnection/reconnection for WeChat authorization during live streaming. To solve this, we use VPNService to route specific requests to the cellular network, eliminating the need for users to repeatedly switch connections with the camera.

Language setting is on English, yet I randomly get dialogue messages in Chinese. Also when playing back from the cloud, it will give me "Playback Failed" constantly. I've tried clearing cache, restarting, reinstalling. nothing works. when it does play videos, it's very laggy and the videos freeze. Editing is horrendous. spend an hour or more just for the app to freeze or crash then have to start all over again.🤬

This app is garbage! Always freezes even after clearing cache, restarting, etc. I wrote a review last year and until now it's still not working right, probably only once in 50 times that I would try! You said to email you a screen recording. I tried to but the app freezes so much that it also freezes my whole phone. It makes the screen recording end by itself w/o saving & I can't press anything on my phone cus this app is frozen! I have no choice but to wait until this app closes by itself!

Sucks for Long video editing. Can't keep up with the video runs out of memory and just becomes unresponsive. if you skip more than 5 secs it freezes and spins forever. Have to close the app to get it to come up again just to freeze again. If you doing small clips like 10 to 20mins you have a some what better experience. Anything over 20mins do it on your PC
