I paid $5 for the Mac OS application, and they work together well. BUT, you cannot choose where to save your files, so they end up in an obscure location in Internal Storage. SUPER INCONVENIENT! It's such a basic functionality to implement a directory chooser in the Settings, totally lazy on the developer's part.
Can't find devices When this app can find a device, it's brilliant. I have the paid OSX version, but my Android tablets and phones can't see each other even when they are all on the same WiFi network, even when they are connected by Bluetooth, they still can't see each other grrrrrr.
Useless They said it doesn't require net access. Only WiFi. Absolute lie. No way would this ever be able to compare to "Airdrop"! And even with net access I could not send files from my Windows PC to this phone or the other way around. Useless. Moreover both were connected to the same Router!
Did not work I would like a refund for the no add pop up I purchased. It won't let me add the device or send. It's stupid. Horrible. Money back please. Super unhappy
App works great between osx and android But it's kind of silly that all files on the Android side are dropped into the Android/data/com.arat.Vacuum folder, whilst on the Mac side it simply goes to Downloads. Seems lazy and it's extremely inconvenient.
Constantly running The app works great, but will be constantly "ready" in the background, showing a notification, even if I have closed the running app. This I'm sure will kill my already poor battery life, so I'm uninstalling and will try something different
