With this app for recording working hours, the recording obligation that applies in Germany in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 2 of the ArbZG (Working Time Act) can be met in a very simple manner during trust-based working hours - especially if the daily working hours are often interrupted by breaks and other private times, as is particularly common with trust-based working hours.
Secondly, the app supports its users - in addition to employees and especially the self-employed - in dealing with their working time more consciously and usually more efficiently.
In addition
- after 90 minutes of uninterrupted working time, a warning text suggests a break in work;
- After reaching a daily working time of 8 hours, an advisory text encourages you to leave it alone for that day if possible;
- when a daily working time of 9 hours is reached, an advisory text indicates that the statutory maximum daily working time of 10 hours applicable to German employees is approaching, compliance with which can also make sense for the self-employed in order to promote personal productivity - so an end should be found soon;
- When a daily working time of 10 hours has been reached, an advisory text indicates that employees will exceed the statutory maximum daily working hours if they continue to work, so that they should now end their daily work immediately - except in the exceptional cases regulated by law (see in particular Section 14 ArbZG for details).
