Amazing! Mindfulness and meditation CD s annoy me this App however is phenomenal I have full control I can listen to guided sessions or just calming sounds that I can tailor to my mood and needs. This really is a must have app :D
Highly recommend This is app is great for anxiety. My therapist had me download it for "homework" and I'm so glad she did.
It's nice but restrictive There is decent content for a free app, however by requiring me to share a mindfulness chart on a social network when I do not use any in order to DL brainwave sounds is unfair to my mindful state. Social networks distract me so I do not have them. Why make this a requirement to show the world how mindful oneself has allegedly been? Seems like boasting to me...

Busy interface The busy interface with many options isn't what I'm looking for in a mindfulness app. Seems to work okay for some things, though I can't figure out exactly how it's supposed to work.
I LOVE THIS APP! I found that this app complements what I learned in Mindfulness, CBT- Mind Over Mood and Stress Management classes. The woman who leads the stress management lessons has also downloaded the app after I mentioned it in class.
