About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child’s attendance, behaviour & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you’re not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child’s key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behaviour information, including positive & negative behaviour points awarded this year
- Manage your child’s payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they’re working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child’s timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Ratings and reviews

Dismal experience. Can't pre-book kids meals for the first week back as it won't add selections to the basket. Notifications stop for Messages randomly. Login is a nightmare and can't go out of the app without having to sign back in and then find where you were before. Have to use the menu only to access stuff, can't go from home screen. Very long winded and not easy to find stuff. very frustrating the back button not working. It needs to be streamlined and more straightforward plus working.

1 star is too generous... I'm one of the few people not having issues with the password being saved (but I have biometric login turned on for my device). That being said, I can login using the app but not using a browser despite using the same password. My main frustrations relate to the app not being user (or anybody) friendly. I cannot pay for items in my basket, receipts/invoices aren't generated properly, card details aren't saved, and everything is incredibly difficult to find and access.

I don't understand why these parental apps are always such an awful experience. It should not be this hard. No indication that my password has expired. I have to notice that I'm no longer getting school notifications, try to login, go through the faff of updating my password, then see I've missed a bunch of stuff. Then, realise that I have to do the same for the other school. Two accounts, two passwords, why? Even when I do get notifications, clicking them doesn't take me to the message, awful.
