okay app. really not impressed with the credit card payment method though. everytime I want to pay the full amount I owe, I have to manually type it in. it would be far less of a hassle if there was some kind of "maximum payment" button. also I can't submit checks through this anymore. not sure what changed. you guys need to get better photo recognition software. plus there's no working notifications anymore. I only get notified through texts now.

Easy to use and arranged well. Does everything I need and if I ever need help, customer service has been super fast and helpful.

This redesign is both more difficult to authenticate, and hard to navigate within. The authentication will loop, as the MFA email takes time to receive, and when you return to the app, it has reset back to the login screen. The sizing of the interactive elements is always too large to display without having to scroll to see all relevant information. Many labels for buttons or descriptions will be truncated, and the ellipse menu does not expand the description, but open a menu.
