The smartphone application represents a further step forward in the digitalization process of the offer of the Cassa Rurale Alta Valsugana. The project, developed entirely by Cassa Rurale, aimed to create an application that is perfectly suited to the needs of Members and Customers, with three main services.
1. The app will make available, in a simple and timely manner, information on the initiatives and events organized by the Cassa Rurale. Through the app it will in fact be possible to be notified of the publication of all the news concerning our bank.
2. Through the app it will be possible to book appointments. The model of offering banking services in recent years has changed profoundly. The figure of the Consultant has become central in the Bank - Customer relationship and the organization of the Cassa Rurale has fully embraced this philosophy. Since 2018, all Clients have their own Consultant of reference and the method of accessing the Consultancy is organized almost exclusively by appointment. The pandemic in progress has made this process faster, so much so that it is now essential to schedule your meeting with the Consultant in advance. Through the app, all this will become even easier: it will be possible to find the indication of your reference Branch and your Consultant and request an appointment on the days and times available. Conveniently and quickly, through a notification, you will be notified of the acceptance of the request.
3. The "Discounts" function is perhaps the most important of the app, because it will allow you to give greater strength to the project: "Zerni el nos" which aims to create a virtuous circuit, a real driving force for the economy of Alta Valsugana, through savings formulas intended for all the members of the Cassa Rurale that encourage the purchase of local goods and services. The application will allow you to take advantage of discounts at a number of affiliated businesses, which will be able to recognize Members via their Smartphone.
