Good ideas but flaky I use this the watch video from a USB drive attached to a Nexus TV box. It displays the films well and grabs some info about them from the Internet. Displays subtitles without any problems. However it has frozen a few times but works again after a restart.
Has some drawbacks. Cons: Froze my Android TV box in some files. No option to set default audio in dual (or more) audio files. Have to keep pressing buttons to always select preferred audio language. No shadows in subtitles. Subtitles blend into movies due to this. Pros: Like the night audio boost it gives to sound. Plays most files very well.
Good but not Great on 3D Hi developer, hope you can improve features on 3D video playback options like increasing the viewing area of SBS videos and changing aspect ratio. Also option like Full SBS. I love enjoying watching 3D movies on VR box. Thanks.
Audio codec Crap.. you have to pay for audio codecs... waste of time.
The only video player you should get It does everything and even recovers when playing poorly converted x265 files. When other players crash and don't want to keep playing the file. Archos keeps going.
