Missing 1 star to be perfect This app is very...very...very accurate and interface is very friendly. Unfortunately not my only goto app because the only piece missing for it to be a perfect, 5 stars, is the lack of a radar. If it had that, don't see any reason to have any other app but this one for weather
It appears there is an issue on my Galaxy Alpha handset running KitKat. The notification is displaying the temperature in Fahrenheit, although the widget is set to Celsius....Amusingly, the Notification does say "*c" but is reporting 64C at the moment, which is a touch warmer than the South of England at this time of year ;-) ...This only appears to happen with "widget/notification location" set to "current location" - manual setting is fine.
When you live nowhere . . . When you live in an area even the national weather service doesn't really serve it is hard to get reliable predictive forcast. Arcus has easily given the most reliable I have had in 15 years here.
Great app I love the app and the widget for the most part. I would like it if, when using the hourly view, it would scroll the whole screen rather than just scrolling the hours and not the graph. Also, I was dissapointed to see that the widget doesn't really display a % chance of rain. Also for the pro key features, I would like to see the area for where you can click to refresh the widget made slightly larger as I usually try to click it but slightly miss and it opens the app. Otherwise it's great xD
So close to greatness This is almost the best weather app out there and I have used many. Apple has had an app called dark sky on their store for awhile and it is the best imo! Arcus from everything I can tell is from the same developers but Arcus falls way short of Dark Sky. Please fix the fact that I have to go to a website to see the map just like dark sky is and I will without a doubt five this 5 stars and tell anyone who will listen how great this is. I just don't understand why no map.
This app is accurate Definitely one of the most accurate weather apps I have ever seen as far as precipitation goes. Things I wish the app could do: 1) Send me a notification when precipitation is coming; 2) Have thunderstorms as a weather forecast-- it just says rain or heavy rain (even when there's a ton of lightning outside). Other than that, love the app and customizable widget!
New main navigation layout.
Support multiple severe weather alerts.
Navigation icon is proper material style (ie, fatter hamburger).
Geocoder fixes for displaying city/state instead of lat, long.
Moved Unit System setting to main settings page, since I was getting too many emails/comments thinking that this couldn't be changed.
Material Design Update!
A fancy weather clock widget with hourly weather forecast and 7 days forecast.
