We have developed a QR code system that enables operators to scan a high-profile QR codes positioned on our equipment and direct them to our Ardent TV Site Support portal. This portal provides 1 minute multi-language instructional videos which are designed to help you fix common problems without the need for field service support. We are constantly developing the Ardent Hire app with exciting new features and updates.

Good idea but still has problems. Quite often logs me out then forgets details currently won't work on my s21 ultra 5g. Things that would greatly improve this app. Finger print log in. The ability to add a forklift to favourite if you are using this machine often instead of having to input it everytime. To be able to see the alerts from the telematiks so the driver can improve on reducing them. Have drivers ours included in app for drivers to update there own logbooks as used to use paperwork.

Good app but doesn't address one of the most important issues for the operater which in my opinion is tyre pressure.tyres need to be inspected regularly which you are asked to do and there is a guide to help. however why do the hirers not instal a modern Tpms which gives real time display of tyre pressure they are cheap reliable and easy to install and have a display screen in cab finding out when you have a heavy load or turning in a tight area can have a serious outcome maybe worth considerin

It is so slow, it takes hours to send the daily checks... painfully slow. And it drains my phone battery. Jesus...
