Ratings and reviews

The Banglalink app is absolutely ridiculous. When I check my balance manually by dialing, everything shows correctly but the moment I open the app, the balance doesn’t update at all! It feels like they handed the app development to some “third-class” company that doesn’t even understand what an app is supposed to do. It freezes, lags, and nothing updates on time — not the balance, not the data, not the offers. If a big company can’t even make a simple app work properly, 3rd class company.....

I’m able to use VoLTE perfectly fine on other SIMs, but Banglalink is the only one where it doesn’t work. I had purchased voice minutes, yet even after contacting customer care, the minutes weren’t used—my main balance kept getting deducted instead. Customer care also told me that my Realme 7 Pro isn’t on their supported VoLTE list, even though it’s an old and widely-used model. After buying a new SIM and still dealing with these issues, the whole experience has been very frustrating.

The BL Super App does not have the option to switch from prepaid to postpaid. It’s only called a “Super App” in name. In all other operators’ apps, you can switch your SIM from prepaid to postpaid. But in Banglalink’s so-called number one SIM, the MyBL Super App, you cannot switch from prepaid to postpaid. For that, Banglalink users still have to go to the divisional customer care centers.
