I’m really frustrated with your app's internet packs. I bought a 348 TK pack, and now my balance is split into different parts—some for Zoom/Meet and some for regular use. Seeing so many separate balances is just super confusing, Also, you hide terms—I saw a big '30 GB' tag, but after buying, the regular data is tiny and the rest is locked for specific apps. Manipulating customers like this isn't right. Please show all restrictions clearly before we buy. you guys wasted my money.

update: finally figured out what I had input wasn't a banglalink number and yet MyBL accepted that number without issue. truly an amazing app🙄 imagine having such a confusing and horrible user interface that your most commonly asked question in the FAQ page is "how to check balance", "how to buy minutes, and offers" I'm here to check my balance and buy offers NOT to play games, listen to music, or other useless things that are plastered on the homepage

The Banglalink App is easy to use and has many useful features. However, one major issue is that it always requires an internet connection to open. Sometimes in urgent situations, I want to check my balance or see available offers, but without internet, the app doesn’t work at all. I suggest adding an option so that some basic features (like balance check, validity and emergency offers) can be accessed without an internet connection. This would make the app much more user friendly and convenient
