Body Core Pilates is a complete online programme that gives you weekly scheduled mat & reformer workouts as well as two live mat classes every week.
You'll have full access to the full Body Core library of workouts designed to give you a positive physical and mental change.

Classes will cover strengthening, lengthening, flexibility, balance, mobility and posture with a mind body focus. Body Core's personalised approach ensures that each class is tailored to suit all abilities. Think plenty of form focused pulses & holds, I want to challenge you physically & mentally. You are capable of so much more than you release and I’m here to be part of your journey to feeling strong & confident, inside and out.
