We offer Flow, Yin, Prenatal, Baby + Me, and lots of special events and workshops to keep things interesting.
You can practice with us in our Austin studio, or from anywhere in the world via Zoom.

Nervous About Trying Something (or Someplace) New?
We get it! Trying something new can be scary, and let's face it, yoga studios aren't always the most welcoming places. We work hard to be the opposite of that "mean girls" type of experience. When you first come in, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of the space. Your teacher will introduce themselves and talk to you about your yoga experience, and answer any questions you have before getting started. We'll do all we can so you feel right at home the moment you enter!
