ASHTANGA YOGA for discipline, breathwork, and physical resilience, our instructor will lead you through the Primary Series.

MUAY THAI and BOXING SKILLS classes will hone the skills you’ve learned in Heavy bag class. The instructors will drill Muay Thai & Boxing techniques, sparring foundations, and martial arts mastery. This class includes partner work and you are expected to have at least a basic knowledge of the techniques and vocabulary. This is not a 1st timer class.
