After working fine for a year or so, my camera disappeared from the app. And even though it's fully charged and I'm following the instructions carefully it will not connect. Also, in the list of available cameras to add manually, my model is no longer listed and if I try a similar model it won't connect either. This is worse than useless because it gaslights you into thinking you might be doing something wrong, so you waste frustrated hours of your time trying to make it work.

It's been pretty annoying recently that the grouping feature has entirely broken, My light in my bedroom has 3 bulbs and the light switch for my room is on the wall in the hallway outside my room so it's more convenient to use my phone, just a little annoying I now have to hit three separate buttons instead of the one I was able to do previously. I hope this can be fixed soon as I can't stop using these lights if I don't want to leave my room to turn the light on or off.

I'm finding it very difficult to think of a another product that I have owned that is as unreliable as these smart plugs and the app have been. Until recently at least I could use the Tuya app to connect the Arlec Grid Connect sockets because the Grid app was unusable, but now it doesn't matter what I use and how I try, the sockets will not connect, so regrettably I'm going to dump them and purchase a more reliable product.
