Ratings and reviews

The app is really slow and clunky. It also lacks several features that I am used to from other apps, such as the ability to draw notification zones on the doorbell camera. If I didn't have to use this hardware I would immediately switch to something else. Edit: the developers response is correct and I have been able to create an alert zone, but the app is still very slow and clunky, even with a brand new "flagship" phone.

I reviewed this app a little over a year ago and noted that there were some suboptimal aspects. A major redesign rolled out last month was an attempt at an overhaul, but it's far from great: the feed (was:"library") doesn't automatically take you to the most recent activity when you refresh so if you wait half a day, you've got to manually scroll your way through all those videos to get back to the top. This s*$ks. I've also repeatedly had instances where videos don't play back correctly.

It's great about sending alerts when somebody is at the door and sets off the motion detector. It records the video.... But none of the other features are working. We managed to get a live feed for maybe like 10 min today. All the other times live feed is not working. During the short period of time that the live feed was working, the microphone/speakers were getting so much feedback noise that we couldn't hear the person or say anything to the person. Contacting support did not help at all.
