Understand the runs you already record. Run Analytics brings pace, splits, training load and fitness trends together so you can follow your progress over time.
ANALYSIS, NOT ANOTHER RECORDER
Import running workouts from Health Connect or connect Garmin. Run Analytics analyzes the training you already complete, so you can keep using your current watch and recording routine.
UNDERSTAND EVERY RUN
• Pace, distance, duration, heart rate and calories
• Split-by-split analysis with route context when available
• Critical Pace estimation and personalized running zones
• Running Training Stress Score (rTSS)
• Fitness, fatigue and form trends (CTL, ATL and TSB)
• Personal bests and best efforts by distance
• Weekly, monthly and yearly progress views
• CSV and JSON export
HEALTH CONNECT ACCESS
Run Analytics requests read-only access to running exercise sessions, heart rate, distance and speed. These records are used to build your history and calculate pace, splits and training trends. Cycling and unrelated health records are excluded.
TRAIN WITH CONTEXT
See whether pace is improving at a similar heart rate, how recent sessions affect fatigue, and how your current form compares with previous weeks. Metrics are estimates based on your imported workout data; they are not coaching or medical advice.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Core analysis stays on your device. Optional Garmin sync sends workouts, heart rate, routes and identifiers to our servers. In Data sources you can withdraw consent and request deletion of active server data; local workouts remain. Details: https://analyticszone.app/en/run/privacy/
