I have used this app for about 8 months. Generally works well. I had to factory restore my phone last week. Not a big problem and when I checked with the faq on there website all I had to do was log back in to my account and all my life logs would be restored. When I reinstalled the app and tried to login, it reported that my password was not correct. Clicked the link to recover the password, got an email from them with a link to change my password, but it didn't work. I have since sent 4 emails to there support email address with no response. I am giving a bad review, not because the app doesn't work, but because the developer seems to be a worthless piece of S**T for not at least sending me a response. I would not recommend this app to anyone due to the horrible lack of any customer service. I would give it less than one star, if that were possible.
Generally works well Saga tracks my location accurately and doesn't seem to have much impact on battery life. It gets more accurate if you regularly review and 'Confirm' your history, as well as fix up any mistakes it makes. The service seems a bit fragile at times, with updates sometimes disappearing for a few hours or sometimes days. So far, though, it comes back. The calendar feed is great - I subscribe to mine in Google Calendar and can see my history there also!
Fitbit won't connect I downloaded this app because it could be used with fitbit but it says authentication error whenever I try and connect to my fitbit account. Fitbit's website on the other hand says that my account is connected to the saga app; the saga app doesn't seem to authenticate this though.. Please respond and fix.
Great idea 5 stars for the concept and in general it delivers on execution as well. It does what it's designed to do and does so autonomously which makes it a killer app. Certainly there a few bugs 1) it doesn't always nail your exact location (although its easy to correct) 2) some of the apps such as fitbit don't seem to be able to connect. Also the presentation of the information is uninspired. If a company such a Google bought it and made a capital investment to take this to the next level it would be awesome.
Great self tracking app Saga makes it easy for me remember the what, where and when of a day. It's easy, light on battery, and relatively accurate. Foursquare integration is nice, compared to some competing apps. Export is great when it works, but it hasn't for a while (for me).
Neat idea, seriously buggy Doesn't work most of the time. Recently it just stopped building my life log.
