Recent problems with the app not being able to open the rewards section anymore. No matter how many times you reinstall, clear cache, or restart the mobile, it crashes upon trying to open the rewards section. That's the whole point of using the app. I've tried to send feedback crash reports but it crashes while doing that too. Very frustrating. On a Google Pixel 4A. Love Aroma Joe's. Only started having this problem in the past couple of weeks. Really disappointed with the app.

It worked fine for ages, but one day began to crash when I would go into the rewards tab. Support looked into it, advising me that after a while they couldn't find the problem and were closing out the ticket though they would still be examining the issue. I do receive emails regarding promotions, but it would be nice to be able to see my available rewards again without the app crashing. The rest of the app is fine.

Like others have said, the app crashes every time I try to see my rewards. That's half of the reason for using the app. I find it interesting that the ability to pay has no problems, but any rewards you want to possibly use or if you want to see the menu....it always crashes! It's been a while that this has been happening. Already contacted the developer and they just said they don't know. We should start contacting AJ's and tell them to get new developers to make a new app.
