Ratings and reviews

It's such a useless app!! It doesn't show real-time happenings. The bus stops it shows were often times temporary closed but the app doesn't show that. So i was left stranded a lot of times! If a train is canceled, the app doesn't show it, too. I can't trust the connections it shows me at all.

Terrible user experience. I bought a day ticket but it doesn’t appear in “My Tickets.” I only received an email confirmation that payment was taken and instructions to swipe in the app. After swiping I saw a QR code, but it failed every time I scanned it on the bus. The driver let me in, but I had no way to prove I had a valid ticket since nothing is listed in the app. This is very confusing and makes me unsure about future trips. After this experience I will never use this app again.

Impressed so far, actually uses bike to station and ov fiets options. I would still like more options for bikes, like a folding bike setting where it plans bike to and from a station. or forced bike to station and forced take ov fiets from station options. The latest departure option is amazing as well, doing that on gmaps is a pain.
