It is great until it isn't, and when it isn't it is a nightmare. I have been unable to close tickets, have had tickets that didn't update when merchant applied adjustment (even though it showed updated on merchant side), have had it randomly decide to use security features that I hadn't previously and offered no means of setting those features up, etc. If it always worked I would love it, but the times it has fouled up have caused me so much trouble that I hate it.

Much faster and stable than it was. This ties in to the brewery's point of sale, so it doesn't work everywhere. If you open it up you can see where it can be used, if that helps you. It is a pretty cool feeling to walk out of a bar the moment you need to leave, and just pay from your phone. Sounds super first world problem, but it is super cool!

So far so good. Easy to intercept a tab in progress or start a new one, and closing is simple and no contact required. I've read a lot of negative reviews, but I've had no problem. A bartender I respect said his brewery wasn't aware of issues either. YMMV.
