Exceptionally easy to register and use, although the 'Reqest' button does not have a Confirm button, and is easily clicked by mistake. Fixing that would no doubt save the staff a lot of unnecessary work!

Useless, reported twice my problem about loud neighbours, never reacted. Interface also like from previous century.

Did a test request to police and they called back within about 45 seconds. Spoke very good English and was very polite. It seems to have GPS tracking too. Feeling pretty safe.
