No mobile deposit The app is pretty cool, but since I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 the mobile deposit fails every time. I have to use my wife's iPhone to make deposits. Update: Works great now!! If your deposit does not work you are probably holding the phone too close to the check.
Used to be great! What happened!? I have had this app for 4 years. I've never had an issue with it until recently, and have loved the photo deposit and all the extras about saving, loans, and mortgages. For the past two weeks it will force stop when I try to log on, or even mid-transfer between my bank accounts. I report it every time it happens, but nothing has been done. Arvest is a great bank and the app has awesome features, I just wish I could actually use them! Please fix this problem and I will rate 5 stars again!
Great idea that fails in delivery. As of a couple months ago mobile deposits quit working. Recurring error rejects front image of check. Multiple photos and many checks all end with the same result: Having to drive to banking center to make the deposit. This is an important feature that should work....as of 9/16/15 still not working
Decent app when it works This app constantly crashes on sign in. 9 times out of 10 the app closes itself when I click login after entering username and password. If I try to log in again it says user not found. I'm using the HTC 1 M9 on Verizon. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times.
Deposit camera doesn't work I used to be able to deposit my checks with the deposit part of the app. Now, every time I try and use it I keep getting "retake a picture of the front, retake a picture of the back" even when they are crystal clear. It's irritating beyond belief.
Camera doesn't work for check deposit When I take a pic of my check to deposit, the app ahuys down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and still have the same issue. Wanted to contact customer service to assist, but they have limited hours. Not quite mobile banking as much as mobile account balance only.
