I have had this app for a few years now, in the beginning it was so easy to keep up with my account and deposit checks. Now the app never works, I haven't been able to deposit a check in at least a year or more, and now the app refuses to let me log in. I am now having to use online banking because the mobile absolutely sucks. Please fix or I'll be saying goodbye to this waste of phone storage.
So I opened an account at arvest, for myself and my daughter. Well I had to sign for her because she's under 18. My account defaulted and was unable to get into the bank because of my work. So because my signature HAD to be on my daughters account, was told for age no other reason, Arvest took all the money in my daughter's account. Now arvest says it will remain that way. I have waited for someone in management to call me for over a week. Seems that arvest doesn't care about moral obligation. They only care about stealing money where they can. I will never bank with arvest again. Now I'm here having to figure out how to repair the damage arvest caused my 9 trust in banks.
Ever since the update loading times have been twice as long and twice as annoying, considering that half the time it won't let me into my account due to the "system being unavailable." I never had any problems until this update, and it sucks not being able to access your own money when you need to.
No mobile deposit The app is pretty cool, but since I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 the mobile deposit fails every time. I have to use my wife's iPhone to make deposits. Update: Works great now!! If your deposit does not work you are probably holding the phone too close to the check.
Worked fine until most recent update Liked the app no major problems until the last few months. Can't login on first, or sometimes second try without app crashing. And now when I do finally get in it crashes while in there or some of the functions don't work. Must be from a system update because no change in my phone. Needs to be addressed urgently.
Won't work on Pixel Phone I LOVE this app, however ever since I got the new Pixel Phone (used to have a Galaxy S6), it does not allow me to log in through the app. I know my test question answers are correct, but it gives me an error code every time.
