It very useful. It's for my kid. one thing I am a bit frustrated over, is 9 months of missing readings when we first started using it. Doctors dont like hand written readings. But, luckily I was writing them down because I wasnt sure about the app. BUT, when my kids blood sugar levels switched from too low all the time to WAY too high. I couldn't get ahold of our Dr and the app let me know what to do. For that, I love it.

I've been using this app for 6 years. I truly love it. That being said, an issue has developed and I see that at least 1 other person is having the same problem. Unable to sync with cloud servers. error 9100 When I open the app it can't log in. So I log in and I have no meter set up. So I have to connect and pair my meter every time I use the app. I don't know if the issue is the app or if the problem is in the phone. For 6 years it been great. I will edit my review when you solve the issue

Limits the number of things that can be added in the notations section. Such as medications or meals. Once the maximum number has been reached, the app starts to deselect items thus resulting in inaccurate reporting. For instance, I take four medications at once, and it only allows you to select three so I have to leave one of then off or selecting food to report carb counts. This is my only complaint with the app, otherwise my experience has been very good.
