Ratings and reviews

Can't login anymore. It's always the error "Invalid username and/or password". Was working fine until i had to reset my password. The same pair works fine on the website. I changed the password multiple times through the Forgot password link, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. None worked. Called customer support, they say they are not aware of this problem. Offered no remedy other than login through website.

Inaccurate information. The app lists email support that does not work. Further, it shows two Ugift codes although only one is eligible for contributions. The website lists one code, so the information is inconsistent. Phone support doesn't know the shortcomings of the app and will treat you like an idiot when you bring these things up. Use the web interface instead of this.

App is inconsistent!! Doesn't show activity many times and when it does show, there is no historical activity data say like 90 days. Earnings should be yearly breakdown including importing legacy balance and accounts. Basic app. needs work.
