Excellent app! I have kept this app on my phone for years. Encouraging quotes, pre- loaded affirmations you can edit or create your own all broken down into life categories - with NO ads! It's easy to use, I can write and record my own affirmations. It comes with a widget that cycles through affirmations of my choosing and I can break down the affirmations into more categories. This was a labor or love -It's definitely an app worth downloading.

I love the concept of this app, the preset affirmations and the way it lets you add more. I love that you can organize them into folders and easily move each affirmation from folder to folder. It's lovely. When I downloaded last night, I remembered setting up notification frequency, and now I cannot find that option again in settings or anywhere on the app. That is why I gave 5 stars instead of 4

So good! So simple, malleable, effective, easy to use. I love the home screen widget that cycles through at random. Love waking up to a random affirmation. Love the ease of activating or deactivating different lists or affirmations within lists. I haven't used the audio option to record myself saying the affirmations out loud...but I love that the option exists. So! GOOD!!
