Love my asda app! Got all my regular products in the favourites, and can easily search for anything else. Even managed to do a week's shop while in hospital in labour with my daughter!! Had to be sure my hubby and son didnt starve if I got kept in! (Which I did). Ordered, sent scan code and order number to hubby who picked it up the next morning!
I order from Asda this way all the time. I downloaded the app onto my new phone yesterday and now just about every product I search for I get a page saying there are no available items and to check back later. Certain items I can see now only have a couple of choices whereas before there was dozens. I tried uninstalling and downloading again, no change. Still no difference after 24 hours. Very disappointed I can no longer order my shopping this way from Asda.
No confidence in this app anymore. I've lost count of the times I've spent an hour ordering my shopping to lose everything when the 'authenticate card' page won't load up. Would be quicker to drive to the store and get my shopping myself. Please fix!
Since latest update unable to book any slots for this week or next week. Not listed as full just blocked out. Paying for delivery pass but not able to order anything to be delivered.
I've been using this app for my weekly shopping for several months now and can't fault it! It's easy to add items to my shopping list as I remember them throughout the week and checking out is a doddle. The only downside is that sometimes all the items available in the shop don't show up in the app. I've found items through the website and have added them to my list when they've failed to show up in the app which is a slight nuisance. Other than that it's excellent!
CUSTOMER SERVICE LOWER THAN WORMS BELLY! CARD DECLINED FOR NO REASON. YET TAKE DELIVERY SAVER FEE FROM SAME CARD! TRIED SEVERAL TIMES PLACE ORDER AND SAME EVERY TIME. SO NOT ONLY THEY SAY CARD NOT VALUD THEY USE SAME CARD TO TAKE FEE FOR DELIV FEE NO PROBLEM. THEN TAKES 7 DAYS FOR THEM TO TAKE PAYMENT!.
