Recent updates let it down. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. I always reorder from the week before, remove unwanted items and add in new. But! If the previous week you had a substitute, it is left out and you end up forgetting things. You've gone from a 5* to a 3*.
Now there is an amend option but only for 1 order Option to amend is back but only for one order. I always place 2 orders a week but now the amend button takes me out of the order I am wanting to amend straight to the order that's top of my order list. I am seriously thinking of going back to Tesco because the app seems to get worse all the time. The ammendment button that does not work. I keep getting charged for delivery when I already have a delivery pass. And lately get charged a different amount from my bank account to what is on my bill.
The App is getting lazy A couple of years back when first using this app; things were easy to find, special offers actually showed up and the searches usually helped you find what you needed. This new version does the opposite. Good luck typing milk or feta cheese, you're on your own. Please go backwards to go forwards!
Won't let me log in I cant log in as it won't recognise my password so I reset it and now it continues to say my account is locked, reset your password after every time I've reset it. Frustrating
Easy First time I have used online shopping for a long time. This time round I can see alot of improvements have been made, I found it really easy to find everything I want and I can keep amending my order throughout the day if I have forgotten anything it's brill also delivery used to be £5 to £7.50 so was very happy when it cost me a quid for next day delivery. Brilliant. Will definitely be using this alot more now because I am disabled I struggle at time getting to the store so this has made my day today.
Good app, few improvements needed Use this app weekly and its very easy to use. I use the favourites page mainly. Somethings to improve: 1. occasionally things disappear from the favourites page - tonight it was broccoli. You just have to look it up again but still... 2. More annoying is when an item isn't in stock. Why then can I choose it, to be told on check out I have to remove it? You then have to choose "remove and continue", but I'd rather the option "remove and return" where you can then be returned to your shop or better still "remove and replace" where you are given a list of similar items before checking out.
